Growing up is hard to do.

First off, Baltimore was a lot of fun. It was my first time going but everyone was pretty friendly and nice to talk to. For anyone who also picked up a Sibville mini thank you again for being pro-Sibville (and pro-walrus).
Also!!! Small Press Expo is this coming weekend! I’ll be there, selling my mini’s again and some sketches. Maybe something else if I can purchase one, I was inspired at Baltimore. Anyways my table is B3. Hope to see you there!
I’ll have a better update tomorrow all about the convention, but the comics up and I’m gonna get some sleep!

Baltimore Comic-Con is almost here! It’s this weekend at the Baltimore Convention Center. I’ll be over at the Artist Alley, table 101, with a new Sibville mini-comic and sketches. So come on by and say hello!
In other news, has anyone ever heard of Makoto Shinkai? I just got a box set of his movies, and holy crap, they’re amazing. I’m a pretty big animation geek but I gotta say he’s got some of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever seen in animation. The stories are very touching and genuine, too. So pick up one of his movies…NOW. I’d recommend his most recent, “5 Centimeters Per Second.”
I also got me some Freakazoid on DVD. Ah yeah, life is good.
In awesome related news, Chrono Trigger is coming out in DS form. If you don’t know what Chrono Trigger is find someone who does and make out with them. You’ll learn from osmosis.
I’ve been watching this new cartoon on Adult Swim called Code Geass. It’s seems very cliche at first of every giant robot cartoon I’ve seen. It really reminded of the first Gundam cartoon. The thing that sets it apart from all those shows though is the main character. He’s not a good guy, in fact he’s down right ruthless but at the same time he’s very sympathetic. I’m liking what I’ve seen so far.
Who is this new character in Sibville? What will he bring about? When will he show up? How long can I keep talking in questions? I don’t know?!
In other news, Final Fantasy Tactics A-2 is very addictive. Buyer Beware!

Check out today’s Girls With Slingshots! I made a guest strip with a bunch of other people. I think I’ve already mentioned it but I really love this strip, the artwork and jokes are very good. So do it already! Try to guess which one is mine!
On a side note, I’ve been playing Persona 3 a heck of a lot. I even had to dust of the old ps2. If I had to describe it I’d say its a mix of Pokemon, Livejournal posts, Final Fantasy and Anime stereotypes all rolled up into one. So basically I’m having fun playing it.
Okay, I’ve got two things I’m going to try to do from here on. First, get a weekly update on this blog section. Two, get the comic up more then once a month. That is my goal from now on.
To let you all know what’s been going on, the other job that pays my bills has just had my swamped for the last couple of weeks. I’m going to get this strip out as it’s something I’ve really come to enjoy doing.

Sorry all, they’ll be no comic this Wed. My other job is making me transcribe essays this week and its been painful on my hand. They’ll be a new comic on Friday. Sorry for the delay.
In other more cooler news, Danielle Corsetto linked me in her twitter feed a bit ago. That was pretty cool considering I’ve been reading her Girls With Slingshots for about a year now. Her art and sense of humor are both really great! So please check out her website! And if you’re coming off her feed, hiya!
Also, 3 more days till Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I can’t get the theme song out of my head, but I don’t mind.
